Strict policies

State Certification &
Continuing Education

Premier Homecare Angels is a registered Home Care Organization (HCO) with California’s Department of Social Services.  We adhere to their strict policies.  This includes certification and training for our PCAs.  

PHA University is our in-house training program.  We offer regular training and educational courses to our PCAs.  Topics range cover important areas such as Patient Rights, Effective Communication and Home Care Basics.  We also foster a learning environment through interactive sessions where key learnings and best practices are shared.

Premier Homecare Angels goes the extra mile of conducting thorough background checks.  Each Personal Care Attendant is registered as a certified Home Care Aide (HCA) with California’s Social Services Department.
